    Thank you for this information!! Going to give some of the supplement a try. I walk 4 days a week and wear my fitness tracker 6 days a week. I have all the symptoms above, have nodules on my thyroid. My Doctor says I am fine because all blood test come back with in Range.. I am going to change Doctors.

      Thanks for your kind words Denis, I would suggest you that don’t be hurry be patient, If your blood tests are coming normal this means your nodule has no relation with the thyroid hormone or TSH, there may be some other reason like a viral infection. Before changing a doctor be sure to ask the reason first and then take any other step.
